The first of its kind in Brisbane, the ultimate luxury
of one unit per floor penthouses was a pioneering development
when completed in 2001. Bellagio consists of five sub-penthouses
and a two level penthouse.
With views forever on the ridge at Bardon, we developed
eighteen units that were completed in 2000. These units
were designed for the established Bardon residents that
were looking for the low maintenance lifestyle.
Adjacent to the Kangaroo Point cliffs, this location
is without a doubt one of the premier places to live in
Brisbane. We were able to offer residents spectacular
views and inner city living without compromising quality
and style.
Riverpoint was a Boutique development, providing one
apartment per floor. Only six apartments were offered
and our focus was not the investor, rather the owner who
wanted an inner city lifestyle without restrictions. The
location and design provided the successful combination
to achieve this. Large balconies for entertaining, river
and city views, gourmet kitchens and above all else, LIVEABLE.
This development provided the first phase of the Rovella
philosophy of offering quality; comfortable apartments
in prime locations, aimed specifically at the owner occupier
with only nine units offered.
